Terms of Service

Effective: 6 August 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Case to Content ("the Service", "we", "us"), operated by Surgiflow (the company behind the Case to Content brand). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Case to Content is a tool that helps clinicians turn case notes and media into social-media content (designed slides, captions, reel scripts, hashtags and short videos) using artificial intelligence.

The Service produces draft content to assist you. It does not provide medical, legal, marketing-compliance or professional advice of any kind.

3. Who can use it

The Service is intended for qualified healthcare professionals and organisations working with them. You confirm you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. Your responsibilities — clinical content, consent & compliance

You are solely responsible for the content you input and for anything you publish using the Service. In particular you agree that:

• You have obtained all necessary patient consent before uploading any patient photographs, videos or identifiable information, and before publishing any content derived from them.

• You will comply with all professional and regulatory obligations that apply to you, including (in the UK) GMC guidance on confidentiality and the use of patient images, and ASA/CAP advertising rules where relevant.

• You will review all AI-generated content for clinical accuracy, appropriateness and regulatory compliance before publishing it. AI output can contain errors or omissions.

• You will not upload patient-identifiable data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate consent to do so.

You accept that you, not us, are the party responsible for the content you publish and for meeting your professional duties.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading unlawful content; infringing others' rights; attempting to breach security; using it to create misleading or non-compliant medical claims; or reselling the Service without permission.

6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

The Service offers a free tier with limited use and a paid 'Pro' subscription. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are in GBP. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. You can cancel at any time via your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing on reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content and media you upload, and of the final content you generate for your own use. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

We retain all rights in the Service itself — the platform, software, designs and templates.

8. AI-generated content disclaimer

Content is generated by automated systems and provided 'as is'. It may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. It is a starting point only. You must independently verify and edit all content before use. We make no warranty that output is accurate, compliant or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, reputation or data, or for any content you publish. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
